Spring Mobile Dumac's professional service and outstanding products have definitely been a great value to Spring Mobile. We have used them for everything from business cards, to banners, to our full grand opening mailer program. This program included scratch and win mailer pieces, as well as an on-site website for the customer to enter their codes and see if they won. They were able to meet all of our requests, including having the grand prize at a specific time of day, rather than in a specific order. We had great results from this piece, with over a 10 percent response rate from the mailed out pieces. Dumac provided not only great upfront service, but were available throughout the whole process, including providing tracking reports following the event to see how customers were brought in (mailed out versus walk in). Randy Schoeck (owner) and his team are second to none. They have continually exceeded our expectations for great customer service for all our service needs.
